Scope and Content Note

This series consists of the subject and correspondence files of the former program manager of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC). The program manager was responsible for coordinating film productions, theater, concerts, and large-scale events within Roosevelt Island and the records in this series mainly consist of permits, waivers, and insurance forms for these types of events. Correspondence is between Bradford Harlan (who served in the position from 1999-2006) and RIOC staff; film and theater production companies; and various city and state organizations.
