Scope and Content Note

This series documents the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Division of Air Resources air permitting program and activities related to permitting, certification, monitoring, and compliance. Much of the material, as it pertains to emissions data, is technical in nature. Records include permits and certifications, permit review reports, drawings, plot plans, flow diagrams, emission calculations, and other supporting information for permit-related activities. Files also include copies of correspondence, test data, monitoring plans, and compliance reports relative to specific facilities.

Records also specifically document the North River Air Quality Monitoring Program and include carbon monoxide data from 1998-2000; annual reports and monthly reports; and hydrogen sulfide data from 1998-2005.

Acquisition Information
