Scope and Content Note
This series contains annual reports generated by the Hudson River-Black River Regulation District and earlier reports from when the two districts operated separately as the Hudson River Regulation District and the Black River Regulation District. Reports document personnel information, financial statements, petitions, work accomplished, hydrological work, precipitation, groundwater, streamflow, run-off, and operation of reservoirs.
