Potential Unlimited was a private entity that worked with the Wassaic Developmental Center and Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office between 1995 and 1999 to bring music, art, and the performing arts to those with developmental disabilities via workshops, music lessons, etc. Records documenting these activities include photographs, slides, brochures, media advertisements, press releases, and video performances.

This series was transferred under RDA 22676.
Access Restrictions
Photographs depicting patients are restricted in accordance with Mental Hygiene Law. Section 33.13, relating to confidentiality of clinical records. Access is permitted under certain conditions upon approval by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
