Scope and Content Note

This series consists of cemetery records generated and collected by the Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office. Included are burial registers, cemetery plot maps, copies of death certificates, medical records, and autopsy reports. This series also contains related correspondence, memorandums, and newspaper articles.

This series was transferred under RDA 22678.

Access Restrictions

Records identifying patients are restricted permanently in accordance with Section 33.13, Mental Hygiene Law, relating to confidentiality of clinical records. Access permitted under certain condition upon approval by the Office of Mental Health.
