Administrative History
The Bureau of Adjudication conducts all administrative proceedings that the Department of Health program units are not able to settle without a hearing. Administrative law judges preside over all hearings and prepare comprehensive reports which are passed on to the final decision maker, such as the commissioner or his designee.
