Scope and Content Note

This series consists of the written opinions and decisions of the Vice Chancellor of the 6th Circuit. Each opinion and decision contains a review of the particulars of the case, a summary of the arguments of the parties involved, the Vice Chancellor's decision on the matter, his reasons for so deciding, and citations of statutes and reported cases to support his opinion.
