This series contains a volume used to track all general orders considered by the Convention. A general order was required before an amendment could be voted on by the Committee of the Whole Convention. For each amendment, the volume provides: introducer; introductory number; print number; date referred to the Committee of the Whole; General order number; date sent for Third Reading; Third Reading number; and remarks (e.g., date reported, date sent to committee for revisions, date recommitted).
