The series documents payment to delegates from the Secretary of the Convention. Four of the volumes contain payment stubs with warrant (authorization of payment) number, delegate name, number of days attendance at Convention, total payment, date paid, and amount of pension deduction (if any). The remaining four volumes contain warrant receipts with name of delegate, date payment made, amount received, warrant number, and signature of delegate.
