Scope and Content Note

The series consists of one volume used to track, based on proposition number, the progress of the 1,405 propositions introduced in the Convention by delegates or committees.

For each proposition, the volume includes the following information: proposition number; introducer; amended number; first reference (i.e., committee referred to); title; calendar number; dates re introduction, amend and recommit, rules report, reported to calendar, report amended or amended on second reading, advanced and submitted to Committee on Style and Arrangement, transmitted from Committee on Style and Arrangement to third reading, amended on third reading, when passed, and when delivered to the Secretary of State; and remarks (e.g., date recommitted, date referred to different committee, reported adversely, consolidated into another proposition).
