Scope and Content Note
The series consists of a one volume record indicating the date that the Convention printer received an order from the Convention Secretary to print amendments, journals, calendars, and other materials. For each item to be printed, the volume includes: date printing order was received; introductory number of amendments to be printed; dates of journals, calendars, and other documents to be printed; and initials indicating receipt of order by the printer.
