Declaration of Andries Hudd that Nicolaes Willem Boot obtained goods from the public store to send to Virginia

Before me, Cornelis van Tienhoven ], secretary in New Netherland appointed ] by the General Chartered West India ] Company, appeared Mr. Andries Hudden, who at the request of ] Micolaes Willem Boot attested, testified ] and declared, as he hereby does, with offer ] and promise of an oath if necessary, that it is ] true and truthful that the deponent knows that Nicolaes Willem Boot aforesaid got some goods out of the store here and handed them to a certain Englishman to deliver them for him in Virginia. All of which the deponent declares to be true, offering, if necessary and required, to confirm this on oath. Done the 29th of August anno 1642, in Fort Amsterdam, New Netherland.
