26 February 1652, in Fort New Amsterdam; present; the director-general as president, Henricus van Dyck, fiscal, Dr. La Montagne, Brian Newton and David Provoost.

Jan Peeck, plaintiff, against Gerrit Segerssen, defendant. [      ] defaults.

Jan Peeck, plaintiff, against Reydert de Metselaer, defendant. [      ] defaults.

Jan Peeck, plaintiff, against Lodewich Pos, defendant. [      ] defaults.

Govert Loockermans, plaintiff, against Jan Schnediger, defendant; [      ] bond by Jan Schnediger to Lookermans [      ] demands payment of the bond f164 [      ] interest on it, which aforesaid sum has been attached by the plaintiff [      ] Foreest, and requests that the attachment be declared valid.

The director-general and council declare the aforesaid attachment valid.

Claes Hendrix, plaintiff, against Dirrick Volckartsen; demands from him 2 beams, each 22 feet long, 2 pieces [      ] and 22 pieces 16 feet long.

The defendant is willing to deliver them.

Claes Hendrix, plaintiff, against Dirrick Volckartsz, for the sum of 104 guilders for goods received, to be paid in beavers. The director and council order the defendant to pay by next May in [      ] servant.

The director and council order the defendant to pay [      ] between now and the first of May under pain of punishment.

Marritje Claesz, plaintiff, against Aucke Jansz for fulfillment of an argument which the defendant made with the plaintiff.

The director and council order that [      ] shall appear by the next court session.

4 March 1652, Monday, in Fort New Amsterdam; present: the director-general as president, H. van Dyck, Dr. La Montagne and Brian Newton, clerk.

Jan Peeck, plaintiff, against Cornelis Jansz de Zeuw for the sum of f61, 19 stivers. The plaintiff is ordered to pay on a specific account of the defendant in order to respond to it on the next court session.
