The defendant responds that he and his son should be summoned separately.

The director and council order that both parties shall be properly summoned to appear on the next day of court.

Geurt Tyssen, plaintiff, against Judich Verletts and ] Anna Hackx. The defendants are ordered to prove, according to the judgment of the director and council, that they deposited at the designated time the money for the purchase of the Negroes; if done Captain Geurt Tyssen is condemned to deliver the Negroes.
