The director general and councilors of New Netherland, having seen the reply of Egbert van Borsum, defendant, to Warnaer Wessels, farmer of the excise, plaintiff, and the lord officer, have, after due deliberation, resolved that copies thereof be placed in the hands of the parties. Ady ut supra, 25 January 1656.
