For whatever might occur to be measured on account of the Company he shall receive annually two hundred fifty guilders; for each morgen of land that the lord director and councilors grant for the first time he shall receive 3 stivers for the measurement; for lands that he measures out for private parties, 6 stivers per morgen; but if the land should lie in the countryside, he shall earn 6 guilders per day; for a lot for house and garden, both large and small, 50 stivers. Done at Fortress Amsterdam in New Netherland. Dated as above.
