Reynier van Heist, plaintiff

Hendrick Kip and Abraham van Nas, defendents

The plaintiff requests a sum of thirty-four guilders and sixteen stivers in sewant for beverages consumed at his house when they were interned for debts.

The defendants say that they are not obligated to pay since they were interned without cause.

The council has decided that since they spent the time drinking immoderately, the defendants must pay the amount.
