We, Willem Kieft, etc... have given and granted to Hans Kiersteede, surgeon, a lot located between the Company's warehouse on the strand and the lot of Roelof Jansz; its breadth on the strand or the south side is one rod, 5 feet, 8 inches; its length next to the warehouse is 4 rods, 9 inches; also in length next to the lot of Roelof Jansz 4 rods, 9 inches; its breadth in the rear is one rod, 8 feet, with the express conditions etc... Addenda below: ] To the above land, by order of Director-General Stuyvesant, there is given and granted in addition to the contents of the above transport, a piece of a lot located on the north side of the aforesaid lot; in length on the west side 7 rods, 5½ feet; on the east side 8 rods and 9 inches. Done in Amsterdam, 18 July 1653.

Agreeable to a resolution of the director and council passed the 25th of August, is hereby given and granted to Dr. Hans Kierstede, his heirs and assigns, a certain piece of a lot on the west end of aforesaid lot, adding 4 feet in breadth throughout the whole present length of his lot, with the express conditions etc... Amsterdam in New Netherland, 25 October 1656.
