Scope and Content Note
16195-90: This accretion contains specifications for components of the South Mall project including, but not necessarily limited
to the air conditioning plant, the Cultural Education Center, the main platform, and the solid waste transport and processing
system.
16195-91: This largest accretion contains specifications pertaining to nearly every component of the South Mall project, including
but not limited to heating systems, electrical systems, fire detection systems, water lines, storm sewers, emergency power
systems, computer sites, building foundations, building superstructures, interior finish work, partitions, pedestrian walkways,
sidewalks, and reconstruction of neighboring streets.
16195-97: This accretion contains copies of specifications, special amendments to general conditions, and a small amount of
annotated cross sections and plans for a reconstruction of South Swan Street from State Street to Madison Avenue, in Albany.
Since completed, the "Swan Street Building" at that location has held offices of the Department of Motor Vehicles, among other
state agencies. The records may be duplicated in other accretions of the series, or may have been removed for unknown purposes
and not refiled.
