This series consists of a 16 mm sound motion picture (ca. 30 minutes) entitled "Making Facilities Accessible to the Physically Handicapped," which documents the proceedings of a seminar held under the auspices of the Fund on November 15, 1966. This seminar featured presentations by national authorities, the exchange of ideas, and discussion of experience with respect to physical requirements for educational facilities for the physically handicapped.
