Permits included relate to power plant conversions (oil to coal), power plant construction (coal, hydro, nuclear, oil), siting of electric transmission lines, and natural gas pipelines. The files consist of applications for permits, legal briefs, hearing transcripts, memorandums and correspondence regarding the hearing, and often the final decision of the permitting agency.
