Summary:
This series consists of the official minutes, correspondence, survey reports, research documents, and legislative documents created by the Temporary Commission on Estates. A substantial portion of the series contains a chronological record of meetings, research documents, and bills introduced in the State Legislature from 1963 to 1966. Another part of the series includes correspondence, recommendations, and reports concerning legislation on estates. Recommendations pertaining to family rights, probate practice, and estate administration are included.

Recommendations pertaining to family rights, probate practice, and estate administration are included. Copies of the Commission's reports, from 1962 to 1965, are also included.
