Scope and Content Note
This series consists of entry documentation in the form of itemized, receipted vouchers from vendors and summary statements of amounts payed to vendors prepared by the Administration Division.
They document the expenditure of money from the Emergency Fund established after a fire in the State Capitol on March 29, 1911 destroyed most of the book and manuscript holdings of the New York State Library. These funds were expended in accordance with appropriations made in 1911 and 1912.
