Issues of a bi-weekly periodical published at Sing Sing Prison.

The periodical, founded in 1899, was edited and printed by and for the inmates. It contains articles on world news, health, sports, editorials, fiction, poetry, news briefs, and various other articles and features. In addition to contributions from Sing Sing prison, inmates from Auburn Prison, Clinton Prison, Auburn Women's Prison, and Eastern New York Reformatory had equal privilege in contributing to the columns. Each prison also had their own "local editors."

Inmate numbers are used in bylines instead of names.
