This series consists of a letter and account book from the assistant clerk of the Rochester Office of the Superintendent of Public Works. It dates from November 23, 1903 to March 8, 1907. Types of records include bills to be forwarded to the Albany office for examination and correspondence. The correspondence is mainly administrative in nature and many of the bills and correspondence are related to the construction of the Barge Canal.
