This series serves as a name index to the executive pardons, respites, commutations, restorations of citizenship, and certificates of good conduct found in series 13253. Each index entry provides the following information: name, type of clemency granted, date clemency granted, file number, crime (not always completed), date of conviction (not always completed), and county where convicted (not always completed).
