Scope and Content Note
This series consists of a daily log listing infractions of prison rules and penalties imposed for the period January 1, 1968 to December 31, 1973. The report lists infractions committed by both incarcerated individuals and corrections officers. The record was also used to list complaints by incarcerated persons but very few are included.
For each day there are one or more oversize sheets containing the following information: consecutive number; name; number of previous offenses or complaints; name of officer making report; offense or complaint (e.g., fighting, smoking, refusing to do assigned work, improper sick leave); action or penalty imposed (e.g., counseled, confined, written reprimand); and number of days lost.
