In 2006, New York State Comptroller Alan G. Hevesi (in office 2003-2006) was investigated by the New York State Ethics Commission for alleged inappropriate use of state employees to provide transport for his wife.

This series consists of two copies of transcripts of testimony and accompanying exhibits in the Matter of Alan G. Hevesi, Comptroller of the State of New York, and two copies of the commission's Notice of Probable Cause. One copy consists of three bound volumes of paper records; the other consists of 22 digital files.
