This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible website of the Division of Minority and Women's Business Development, which is part of the Empire State Development Corporation.
B2303-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Division of Minority and Women's Business Development website produced on February 25, 2010. It contains information about the division's mission and history, certification program, procurement opportunities, and other financial resources. News (2007-2008) and calendar of events (2010) sections are also included.
B2303-10A: This accretion consists of a copy of the Division of Minority and Women's Business Development website produced on December 17, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains information about the division's mission and history, certification program, procurement opportunities, and other financial resources. News (2007-2008) and calendar of events (2010) sections are also included. The website copy also contains a New York State Directory of Small Business (Spanish-language version also available), the final report of the New York State Small Business Task Force (2009), and "The State of Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise: Evidence from New York" (2010), a report prepared for the division by a consulting firm.
Researchers should note that some time after this site was copied in December 2010, this site was removed from the live Web. Its content was integrated into the main Empire State Development Corporation website.
