Scope and Content Note
This series consists of a list of cases in which decrees had been entered in the Register's office.
Each entry in the list contains: the names of the complainant, defendant, and solicitor; the date the decree was issued and the date the bills, answers, and other documents relevant to the case were received from the Assistant Register; and remarks (e.g. "wrote to R.R. Lansing for pleadings," "bill dismissed"). Entries before 1821 sometimes contain the date the decree was enrolled.
