Scope and Content Note

This series consists of copies of bar examinations administered to candidates seeking admission to practice law in the State of New York. Questions test both substantive and adjective law. Later volumes in the series contain exam questions with "yes" or "no" answers; notes on applicable statutes or cases are often provided to justify answers.
