This series consists of the Ways and Means Committee's copies for approvals and related documentation allowing the Conservation Department's Division of Parks to acquire new land or make improvements on existing park land. These projects needed the approval of the governor, the chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, and the chairman of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee.
