Order on petition of Richard Gildersleeve; parties to appear before director and council
At the session was presented a petition of Ritchert Gildercleve, as curator of the minor children of Jan Smith, which was acted upon as follows: To inform the aforesaid that they have been ordered to appear before the director-general and council in fourteen days from today, being the last of this month, and to show proof of title, sale and conveyance of the land in question. Thus done at the session, 16 June 1654, New Amsterdam.
