Jacobus Schellinger, plaintiff, against Adriaen Post, defendant; the plaintiff’s wife appeared and submitted her charge in writing; the defendant requested that she show a power of attorney from her husband, and furnish a copy of the charge. The director general and councilors order that the defendant furnish a copy of the charge, and that the plaintiffs wife show a power of attorney from her husband. Ady ut supra.
