In session, present: the honorable lord director general Petrus Stuyvesant, the lords councilors Nicasius de Sille and Johan La Montagne.

Having appeared Pieter Adriaensz alias Soogemackelijck and Adriaen Jansz Appel van Leyden, inn keepers at Fort Orange; the fiscal concludes that Pieter Adriaensz alias Soogemackelijck (of the first part detained by the commies of Fort Orange, but escaped) provisionally shall remain imprisoned for debt, and Adriaen Jansz Appel van Leyden held at the house of Joff: Miss ] de Jonge until the coming court day, in order to give ear to such and the conclusion, which the fiscal draws therefrom. The director general and councilors having heard the conclusion of the fiscal, it was answered: Done as requested. Dated as above.
