Received the petition of Wallewijn vanden Veen, remonstrating that he finds himself to be greatly injured by the judgment dated 26 of this month by the magistrates of this city that was between him and Pieter Wolpherts van Couwenhoven; therefore, he requests to be taken up and received in appeal.
After deliberation it was decided to take up and receive the petitioner on appeal.
