[several lines lost] Makes [ ] with all [ ] Baldingh, how it is that [ ] has occurred [ ] sorrow [ ] of his wife with [ ] as is shown by the attached proof [ ] of the magistrate at Gravesande, in order to [ ] the unbearable disgrace [ ] the petitioner of [ ] legally to separate from her; moreover, he has never given her any cause of malcontent; therefore, the petitioner needs to humbly turn to your honors, seeking reverently that your honors be pleased to grant him, petitioner, a decree of separation, as your honors shall [ ] according to the content of the evidence and [ ] according to legal custom as is appropriate.
