Show with due reverence Joost Adriaensen and companions, that they are willing] to erect a saw and gristmill below the turtle’s ] falls, for which the place ] and some land belonging to it was granted to them by the provisional ] commies of the honorable West India Company subject to your honor’s approval. Therefore, the petitioners respectfully request that your honors please approve this and issue a patent for it. Which doing, etc,
