Summary:
This series constitutes a sample of the Closed Case Reports and Reviews completed by State Education Department personnel
when vocational rehabilitation cases were closed. Forms provide summary data about services provided, results achieved, and
costs to the Department in each case. Sampling was completed by the State Archives and is intended to include all files from
each year ending in 0 or 5, but for some sample years all or some of the files are missing.
