Scope and Content Note
This series consists of the incoming and outgoing correspondence and subject files of the counsel to the Board. Records include memorandums, bond ordinances, contract proposals, court proceedings, reports and newspaper clippings. The files deal with such issues as bond ordinance and sales, contract proceedings, litigation, job security and wage freezes. A loose-leaf binder containing a complete record of votes taken at each Emergency Financial Control Board meeting is included as a part of this series.
