Scope and Content Note
The bulk of this series consists of materials gathered from other states concerning salaries paid to legislative and judicial officials and employees. The files also contain minutes of commission meetings (mainly from 1971), public hearing testimony, and drafts of internal reports.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
