This series contains draft and final reports as well as meeting minutes generated by the Temporary State Commission on Management and Productivity in the Public Sector. Among the subjects dealt with by the Commission were civil service reform, department and agency productivity and goals, state mandates to local government, state and local governmental cooperation, and management issues.
