of colonial council minutes that survived the 1911 State Capitol fire, lists of similar minutes on file in the British Public
Record Office (PRO), and list of photostats proposed to be ordered from the PRO. Also included are memorandums proposing the
acquisition of photostats and a letter concerning French archival sources relating to New York State.
