Scope and Content Note
This series consists of audio tapes, stenographer's notes and typed transcripts of conferences held by the Civil Service Commission with agency heads, consultants, and representatives of the Civil Service Employees Association, Personnel Council, and the American Society for Public Administration. All typed transcripts and most tapes and notes are identified as to date of conference and organization represented. Transcripts contain the names of all participants at a conference.
