Scope and Content Note:
The Security Manuals sub-series consists of manuals used for training of DEC officers in preparation for their role in the 1980 Winter Olympics and for coordinating security operations at Olympic venues. These include security operations manuals; manuals for Olympians; venue security plans; and disaster operations manuals.
