Series files typically include grant proposals with information on program goals and objectives; needs assessment; proposed clientele; services provided; other resources employed; past program history; staffing; and regular progress reports of approved projects.

15695-97A: This accretion consists of "grantee fiscal cost reports", "contract encumbrance requests" and copies of the contract agreement between the Crime Victims Board and local public service agencies to provide various services to crime victims and witnesses. As such, these records supplement the grant proposals, needs assessments and progress reports contained in the 1995 accretion of the series.

15695-99: The accretion consists of grantee contract files from the Crime Victims Board's New York City Office. Present in the files are requests for proposals (RFPs), program budgets, correspondence, audit and other evaluative reports, and various fiscal documents relating to grant administration.

15695-99A: This accretion consists of grant contract administration files for the years 1987-1988.

15695-04: This accretion consists of grant contract administration files awarded during 1982. Grantees include the Bellevue Hospital Center, the Citizens Advice Bureau, Crime Victims Counseling Service, New York City Lesbian/Gay Anti-Violence, Rape Victim Advocacy, Unity House, and Victims of Domestic Violence.
