The series consists of memoranda by the Office of Counsel answering specific legal questions posed by the Construction Fund board of trustees, the general manager, and by other agency staff. The issues addressed in the series encompass environmental, labor, jurisdictional, technical, historic preservation and other topics associated with construction activities. The series also includes various supporting materials attached to the memos.
