Summary:

The series consists of files relating to agency appropriations and the authorization for expenditure of state funds including capital construction requests, Executive Chamber expenditures and appropriations, and interfund and interagency transfers. Files include agreements between the governor and legislative leaders concerning the interpretation of budget appropriation bills, budget correspondence, and budget request transmittals. Some agreements approve appropriations to emergency funds to be used for specified purposes.
