Scope and Content Note

These records were created by program managers for the purpose of preparing for and negotiating training provisions in the contract agreements with various public employee unions. These records include: records of negotiations with the various unions and committees; correspondence; reports; financial information; training and development contract language; Division for Development Services position papers; and memorandums of understanding.

16535-96: This accretion includes the following types of records: negotiation notes; position papers for negotiations with the Professional Employees Federation (PEF); memoranda of understanding between the Governor's Office of Employee Relations (GOER) and PEF; cost estimates for funding training programs at various levels; and negotiation proposals.

16535-99: This accretion consists of negotiation notes, position papers and general information relating to contract negotiations with the CSEA (1985-1991) and PEF (1988-1991).

16535-17: This accretion consists of meeting documents including agendas, minutes, statistics, financial reports and all supporting documentation for PDC discussions.
