Scope and Content Note
The series consists of PERB case files with "A" numbers that document the binding arbitration process for public safety interest contract negotiations that have reached the impasse stage. Typically an individual file will contain: the opinion and award of the arbitration panel and dissents, if applicable; requests for arbitration; panel list(s) for the selection of arbitrators; and arbitrator report forms and related correspondence.
